Context
Scheduling surgeries while considering surgeon availability is a complex task, especially with a limited number of surgeons and increasing demand. The urgency and priority of cancer surgeries further complicate the process making manual scheduling increasingly challenging. Efficient solutions are essential to streamline this critical operation.
Problem
How might we help cancer surgeons schedule surgeries so that cancer patients receive timely attention?
